NBC’s DC Universe Comedy Series POWERLESS Gets A Premiere Date

The DC Films Universe may be light on the jokes, but next February, DC's television side is going to bring the funny with Powerless, an all-new comedy series on NBC. 

Earlier today, the network announced that the Vanessa Hudgens-led series will make its long-awaited premiere on Thursday, February 2 at 8:30 p.m. ET. 

The series, which received a positive reception at San Diego Comic-Con in July, centers around Hudgens' character, Emily Locke, an insurance adjuster that specializes in helping those affected by damage caused by superheroes during their many escapades. WB Sets October 2018 Aquaman Release Date

Warner Bros. has officially set the Aquaman release date for October 5, 2018
There’s good news and bad news today for Aquaman fans. The good news is that Warner Bros. Pictures has officially set an Aquaman release date. The bad news is that Aquaman release date falls a bit later than initially anticipated. Look for the James Wan film to hit regular, 3D and IMAX theaters October 5, 2018. RUMOR: Has THE MAN FROM U.N.C.L.E. Actor Armie Hammer Joined The DC Films Universe?

Recently, much of the DC Films Universe casting news has come from fans noticing a trend among cast members, directors, and studio higher-ups following certain actors on Twitter.
